It is Pecan Time! Our Store is Open !
Welcome to Sandy Creek Pecans! Our native pecans trees are nestled right in the heart of Texoma in southeastern Oklahoma. The trees are part of our family business. We practice sustainable agriculture and believe that this type of agriculture is best for us, the community, our natural resources and our planet.
We believe that the best food for your table comes from local farmers. We support the slow foods, locavore, and local foods.
Know your farmer/rancher and you will know what you are putting on your table for your family.
Our family is 4th generation farmer/ranchers. We are proud of this. Sandy Creek Pecans is owned by the Garone Family: Craig and Nellie, sons: Tyler and his wife Lindsey, and son Chris.
Nellie, Tyler and Lindsey are in education. Nellie teaches high school, Tyler teaches middle school and junior high and Chris is a college student. ( Don't worry, there will not be a quiz later.)
We live where we work and we are pretty darn particular when it comes to taking care of our pecan trees and our cattle. We also raise grass fed beef along with the pecans.
